Rihanna and A$AP Rocky name their second child, Riot

Rihanna, the well-known American singer, and rapper A$AP Rocky have revealed the name of their second kid, one month after his birth.

According to a birth certificate obtained by The Blast, the couple has named their baby boy “Riot Rose Mayers.”

The birth certificate also said that the kid was born on August 1 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The couple appears to have created a pattern of naming their children with letters beginning with the letter ‘R.’

Following his delivery in May 2022, their first child, a male, was named RZA Athelston Mayers in honor of the iconic Wu-Tang Clan leader RZA.

The name “Riot Rose Mayers” has already piqued the interest of fans and followers.

Some assume that the moniker refers to A$AP Rocky’s recent track “Riot,” which was released in July and included the acclaimed Pharrell Williams.

Rihanna shocked the world by announcing her second pregnancy during her performance at the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show in February.

Viewers noticed her carefully clutching her growing baby bump on stage, which sparked considerable speculation.

After their son’s birth was announced last month, insiders told Entertainment Tonight that the new parents were taking a low-key approach to motherhood at first, preferring to keep their family life out of the public view.
