Eileen Cherotich, a 22-year-old Kenyan lady, has reportedly lost her life after being pushed out of a moving vehicle by her lover.
The incident occurred late at night, following a disagreement between the couple. Eileen Cherotich, a business student at Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology, was found dead after the altercation turned fatal.
According to Kenya Times, the disagreement intensified while they were driving home, leading to her boyfriend forcibly ejecting her from the moving car.
Authorities have yet to reveal the precise details of the disagreement that resulted in this tragic conclusion.
“There were having a drinking spree at a certain pub in Nakuru. As they were going back, the deceased and her boyfriend inside the car. And the suddenly, nobody knows what happened, but the deceased was out of the vehicle.
“Whether she was thrown or whether she jumped on her own, we have not yet established,” the police said.
The boyfriend, whose identity has not been known, and the vehicle involved in the incident are being held at Nakuru West Police Station as investigations continue.
According to reports, the young lady’s body has been transferred to Nakuru County Referral Hospital’s mortuary.
