David Adeleke, often known as Davido, is a well-known Nigerian music singer who has recently made headlines for the wrong reasons.
However, BET’s new statement about the artist comes at a critical moment and might help elevate the spirits of many of his admirers.

The Nigerian music sensation is the first Afrobeats artist to headline BET FanFest Experience.
However, this is not the first time Davido has headlined a BET event. The 2023 BET Awards in Atlanta included Davido as a guest performer.
This announcement is coming days after a video of Davido crying and begging an American curvy model for a private bedroom session went viral.
