A 45-year old Babangida Garuba who was caught having sex with a 10-year old girl has confessed that he derives sexual satisfaction better with underaged girls in Lagos.
It was gathered that the alleged assault took place at Odutaiwo Street in Aguda area of Lagos where they resided.
The suspect admitted that he was married and had children, but that did not deter him from achieving his sexual desire from the young girls.

It was gathered that Garuba lured the victim into his apartment, forcefully removed her pant and penetrated her before he allowed her to go. However, during the forceful penetration, the victim was injured in her private and bled profusely. She was taken to a hospital where she was treated.
Before then the alleged assault was reported to the police at Gender section of the Police Command. The suspect was arrested and detained at the Command where he reportedly made confessional statements.
It was gathered from the police that Garuba did not deny that he raped her and explained to the police that he preferred young girls to achieve sexual satisfaction.

He was subsequently charged before Ikeja Magistrates court.
He admitted the act and pleaded guilty before the court.
The prosecutor, Inspector Benson Emuehi asked the court to give a short adjournment to enable him present facts that will aid the court to sentence him accordingly.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi granted the prayer of the prosecutor and adjourned the matter for facts and sentence.
P.M.Express gathered that since Garuba pleaded gullty as charged, he may be spending more than 10 years in prison custody unless the state granted him pardon.
