5-Tiredness Due To Drinking Of Less Water
Dehydration can lead to tiredness. If you are drinking less water the chances are very high that you are getting dehydrated and this is leading to the tiredness of the body. Dehydration causes a reduction in blood volume and also reduces the speed at which oxygen is transferred to different parts and muscles of the body. This makes you lose energy and makes your body tired. Drink plenty of water and juices throughout the day to keep yourself energetic and hydrated all the time.
