Hon. Opeyemi David Falegan has continued his philanthropic gestures towards the welfare of the people of Ekiti State. He further reaffirmed this with provision of free UTME/JAMB to youths of Ekiti State, taking care of widows, less privileged, women empowerment, youth empowerment, borehole Projects in Ekiti state, distribution of writing materials for primary school pupils and free jamb registration for students, disabled empowerment, free fuel for okada riders and free fuel for motorist in Ekiti state.
According to him, ” I felt the need to make this move in accordance to great exploits achieved by my late father, Chief Falegan who in his time not only ensured people in his community enrolled and obtained quality education, he was also very instrumental in the founding and actualization of Ekiti state with his likeminded friends; Aare Afe Babalola Baba Deji Fasuan, Late bode Olowoporoku, Kings and spiritual leaders. Baba Ojo Falegan gave alot of EKITI and ONDO state pupil free education during his time as well.”
“It therefore comes as a thing of prosperity that I am able to continue to impact the people of Ekiti State the same way my Late father did.” He further confirmed.
The Opeyemi David Falegan foundation had earlier gave over 2000 candidates in Ekiti state the free UTME forms. “When you educate one person you can change a life, when you educate many you can change the world.”
While encouraging the beneficiaries, Hon. Opeyemi said Education is key to communal progression and it is imperative to support the general public in nation building
