Highly celebrated singer-songwriter, David ‘Davido‘ Adeleke has written a heartfelt appreciation note to his father, Mr Adedeji Adeleke, for all he’s done for him.

Davido wrote this on his Instagram page. He also shared a photo of his dad, detailing how he has impacted his life in numerous ways.

According to ‘Jowo’ crooner, his father taught him to work hard, humility; taught him to remain the same person no matter how rich or successful he becomes.

He described Mr Adedeji as his twin and thanked God he was the one who begot him.

He wrote:

“I dey wake up everyday dey thank God say nah u born me! THE GREATEST TO EVER DO IT! You taught me humility; you taught me hard work; you taught me that no matter how rich/successful you get, never change u wey born! I love and appreciate you, daddy!!! We all thank you for everything!!!!! MASTERMIND !! 5 STAR BILLI!!!!! LUV U TWIN”.

In another news, singer-songwriter, Chike-Ezekpeazu Osebuka, simply known as Chike says he has never used the word ‘I love you’ to address anyone.

Although it might come off as surprising but Chike revealed that he has never said love you” to another person.

He nevertheless disclosed that he is happy he gets to sing it, said he has never used the word ‘I love you’ because it is just too vulnerable and his ‘bolz’ would shrink and maybe disappear, if he says it.

“I HAVE NEVER SAID “I LOVE YOU “ . I GUESS FOR ME THAT’S JUST TOO VULNERABLE . I GET THAT FEELING THAT IT I SAY IT , MY BOLZ WOULD SHRINK AND MAYBE DISAPPEAR. HAPPY I GET TO SING IT THOUGH,” HE WROTE.

This comes only a few days after Nigerian rapper, Falz The Bahd Guy revealed in an interview that he has never been in love.

It sure seems like these music stars only sing but forget to practice what they preach.
