Skit-maker, Emmanuel Iwueke, popularly known as Craze Clown, has posited that a large percentage of the citizenry are beneficiaries of corruption.
He stated this in a post on his verified Twitter page, noting that he is among those who are guilty of being favoured by corrupt practices.
According to the content creator, the fact that every facet of the society witnesses such acts shows how deep corruption has eaten into the system.
Craze Clown said that 80 to 90 percent of the Nigerian population have benefited in one way or the in the course of their everyday lives.
Craze Clown tweeted; ‘‘Almost 80-90% of the citizens have benefitted from corruption one way or the other? Even unknowingly. Either by paying to skip long queues or paying to get admission?
