A Nigerian guy sparked outrage on social media after buying a fake Infinix Hot 10 from Computer Village in Ikeja, a phone with no panel or charging port.
In the accompanying video, titled “Fear Ikeja people,” the guy displayed the alleged Infinix Hot 10, displaying its outside.
As his voice echoed in the background, he opened the phone’s back, only to find it empty, missing both a panel and a functional charging port, with only a battery attached to its body.
He displayed the phone’s front, still covered in paper, creating the illusion of a genuine device, but it was a forgery.
The man’s remarks about the fake phone purchased in Ikeja, Lagos, along with the visual evidence, piqued the interest of many social media users, who shared their thoughts in the post’s comments section.
