Following their recent online dispute, Afropop musician Jaywon described famous rapper Odumodublvck as an up-and-coming talent.
He told followers that he believes Odumodublvck is still a rising star in the industry and that he like his musical approach.
“Which upcoming artiste are you currently feeling his style of music?” inquired @ennexborryg.
Jaywon responded simply by quoting the text and writing “Odumodu black”.
Meanwhile, this comes just days after Jaywon remarked in an interview that the Declan Rice hit-maker was not in a position to say that no one paved his road.
In a recent interview with Teju Babyface, Jaywon criticized Odumodublvck for reiterating Burna Boy’s controversial assertion that no one paved the road for him in the Nigerian music business, emphasizing that the rapper should not be saying that, especially since his music is “not all that.”
Odumodublvck responded quickly to Jaywon’s tweet, lambasting him on his X name for downplaying his song. However, in response to Odumodublvck’s outburst, Jaywon stated that the rapper was simply being arrogant and should humble himself to accept advise on rare occasions, emphasizing that it is widely acknowledged that the ‘Declan Rice’ crooner’s music is missing.*He wrote via X: “As far as I’m concerned, Odumodu is just as arrogant as the rest of them, and everybody knows the music is not all that but you know, I respect your hustle still bro…… keep crying! The people supporting you too know the truth.“No be everything be gra gra. Sometimes calm down to listen to small advice.”Reposting Jaywon’s tweet, Odumodublvck wrote in Pidgin, “You wey your music na all that, na only January 1st dem dey book you for show.“Sapa anthem.”
