The internet is abuzz with the supposed announcement by Nigerian artist Tekno that he received about one billion naira from his colleague Kizz Daniel for their collaboration on his popular song, “Buga.”
Tekno is claimed to have disclosed in a viral tweet that, despite not having a previous legal deal with Kizz Daniel on “Buga,” the singer has been extremely friendly to him.
According to the article, Tekno claims that Kizz Daniel provides him 50% of all cash generated from the song.
Kizz Daniel astounded him with his generosity when he presented him around a billion naira following his Buga Tour. The “Twe Twe” singer is a great man, he noted.
His words: “I got on Kizz Daniel’s Buga with no sort of legal agreement. I wasn’t expecting anything from him. Wanted to be silent about this but I think some levels of gratitude deserve to be spoken of. Do y’all know Kizz Daniel sends me 50% of every revenue he generates from that song ?
