Chinwe, a Big Brother Naija Season 9 contestant, has made it obvious to her housemates that she refuses to do all of the home tasks and be treated like a maid.

On Thursday morning, she conveyed her displeasure with others for failing to clean up after cooking.

She made it clear that she will not be responsible for handling all of the kitchen work by alone because she is not their housegirl.

“Will I go and wash the pots for the people that cook? I haven’t slept since last night, my head hurts. I nor come here to do housegirl work for kitchen,” she fumed.

“The thing is that we reached an agreement that if you cook, you clean up after yourself. So how do I now tell people that are meant to assist for communal cooking to go and clean up after people that cook individually?” she said.

In other news, Rhuthee, a housemate in Big Brother Naija’s ‘No Loose Guard’ season, has opened up about her journey and challenges as a teen mother.

On Wednesday, she revealed to fellow housemate Mayor Frosh that she was first ashamed to be a mom at the age of a teenage age.

According to the mother of one, even though she struggled with telling people she had a child, she eventually realized that her daughter was the “best thing” that happened to her.

Rhuthee asked, in tears, “How do I tell people I have a child?” I can’t tell anyone. I never told anybody I had a child.

“It was just people that knew me from way back that knew that. I was still very ashamed that I had a child. It took me years to come out of that shell.“

As she grows, she even showed me more love than I ever did. And I’m like, this girl is the best thing that happened to me.”
