Regina Daniels, a prominent Nollywood actress and the wife of Nigerian politician Ned Nwoko, has spoken out against the ongoing protest against hunger and other economic problems.

The lovely mother of two children posted a video on her Instagram profile, which sparked interest among social media users.

Regina called on Nigerians to demonstrate peacefully in the video. She also exhorted them to keep focused and fight for their rights maturely so that the voice of the masses might be heard.

According to the actress, there is nothing wrong with desiring a change and a better life, but there is everything wrong with violent protests because they change the cause of the protest, #Endbadgovernance.

In her words, “Today is August 1st which is day one of National protest. We all know that the masses are suffering hence the protest and there is nothing wrong in wanting a change or a better way of living but there is everything wrong with violence”.
