Popular Nigerian skit artist, Crazeclown, has shown his excitement for the growth in the skit-making industry.

In a recent interview with Hip TV, Emmanuel Ogonna Iwueke, also known as Crazeclown, talked about how skit-making has progressed over the years, highlighting that in the past, many people were not fans of the industry or content creation.

“I just love the fact that Skit-making is becoming a big industry now. People used to look down on the content industry because they just feel like this is just people having fun online but this is me saying, that it takes a lot of work, creativity, a lot of time, and a lot of intellectual capacity for you to keep creating, being consistent, evolving. I’m seeing people from skit-making doing music, movies, and doing shows,” he said.

Crazeclown shot to fame in 2014 through short skits on Instagram and YouTube with OG Tega. The two portrayed a father and son, exaggerating the typical Nigerian parent-son relationship with over-the-top slaps for the smallest reasons.

In other news, Nollywood veteran Bimbo Akintola has shared the reasons for her single status at the age of 54.

In a recent conversation with her colleague Emmanuel Ehumadu, Akintola revealed that she remains unmarried due to the passing of her soul mate.

Host: “Are you married?”Akintola: “No.”

Host: “Why?”

Akintola: “He died…The person wey me fit do forever for don die.”

Host: “So, you don’t think you can find another man?”

Akintola: “Do you know how long it took me to find him?”

She emphasized that she will not succumb to societal pressures to marry merely to satisfy others. Nevertheless, she affirmed her belief in the institution of marriage but has yet to encounter the right partner since the loss of her soul mate.

Meanwhile, In an interview, veteran actress Bimbo Akintola talked about the money differences between her and her fellow actresses.

She shared her interest in the luxurious lives of some actresses, noting that she doesn’t have the same financial comfort.

Bimbo mentioned that people frequently compare her to her richer peers, making her wonder where their money comes from.

“Some lifestyles on social media are genuine, but where does the money come from?” Akintola asked.

“We know how much actresses earn from films, so I wonder if it’s from other businesses or family wealth.”

Akintola acknowledged rumors about actresses dating politicians or engaging in other lucrative ventures to support their lifestyles.

“We’ve heard stories, and we know these things happen,” she said.
