Celebrity fashion designer Veekee James Atere has faced online criticism after a video of her and her husband, Femi Atere, at a wedding ceremony went viral.
Veekee, known for her lavish lifestyle, and her husband attended the white wedding of her colleague, Prudent Gabriel, and gospel singer Peterson Okopi. In the video, Prudent and Peterson were enjoying a couple’s dance when Veekee and Femi joined them, cheering them on.
The couple started spraying money on the newlyweds, but the clip sparked reactions on social media when it became evident that Veekee was spraying dollar bills on Prudent, while Femi was seen spraying N200 notes on Peterson.
