Dayo Amusa marks one month of motherhood

Dayo Amusa is commemorating one month of being a mother. She took to her Instagram account to share a video from one of her maternity photoshoots, accompanied by a heartfelt message.

”One month of motherhood 💛 What an experience it’s been.
Even tho I felt “ready” to have a baby, no amount of preparation can really prepare you for the realities of motherhood. It’s 100% the hardest thing l’ve ever done but I am filled with so much joy & love that I don’t even care if I never sleep another 8hrs straight again. Somehow you just figure it out & show up day after day for your little one.

Seeing his tiny face every morning, watching his eyes light up when he discovers something new, hearing his cute little coos & knowing that we are his whole world makes it all worth it 💛 We are one month old today @babyolufire 💎”

In other news, Nigerian social media is still buzzing about Toyin Abraham’s husband’s change in the film Seven Doors.

Femi Adebayo’s latest movie debuted on Netflix on December 13, 2024, and has gained a lot of praise.

In the film, Kolawole portrays a king obsessed with power who sacrifices his seven wives for a chance at a longer life. Although he lives for over 100 years, he suffers through illness and pain.

Toyin Abraham’s appearance was created using the Hakeem effect with makeup, which took up to 6 hours to finish.

Speaking about his character, Femi Adebayo wrote:

“Meet the theatrical genius of Kolawole Ajeyemi in Seven Doors as he embodies the role of King Adejuwon, a tyrannical king of the Old Ilara Kingdom. His portrayal reveals a royal saga set in the 18th-century Ilara Kingdom, where ambition meets a devastating moral crossroads.”

“King Adejuwon’s ruthless quest for the throne leads to an unforgivable act that haunts not just him, but generations to come. What do you think of King Adejuwon’s choices? Would you have chosen differently if you were in his shoes?”
