Nigerian actor Yomi Fabiyi has elicited significant reactions following his assertion that Adura, the brother of the late singer Mohbad, sought ₦3 million in exchange for a video purportedly showing the singer engaged in a confrontation with his wife.

During a recent World Press Conference aimed at advocating for justice for Mohbad, Fabiyi alleged that Adura possessed further information regarding the singer, who passed away on September 12, 2023.

He claimed, “Adura Aloba, Mohbad’s younger brother, sent me a DM after listening to me for a while and reacting in the comment section. When he realised that I didn’t see the DM in time, he asked me to check my DM, and lo and behold, he offered to give me a video of a fight between the late singer Mohbad and his wife for ₦3 million.”

At that point in the press conference, Mohbad’s mother interrupted, visibly distressed, and condemned the actor for disparaging her only surviving son.

In other news, Nigerian artist Oluwadipe Oluwasanmi David, known as Spyro, has recently been involved in some controversies and has revealed his intentions regarding Ubi Franklin.

Reports from GistLover indicate that Spyro accused Ubi Franklin of scamming him, leading to an ongoing online dispute between the two.

He revealed that he was prepared to make sure the businessman and Davido’s associate faced justice for scamming him.

He mentioned he was ready to take action in Ubi Franklin’s case.

In his post, the ‘Funke’ singer, who had advised his colleague months earlier, gave his rival a new nickname.

He mentioned ‘Owe-bi Franklin’ in his write-up and pledged to back the music executive.

He quoted a Bible verse to express his commitment to Ubi Franklin, assuring him that he would never abandon him.

In the comments, fans were divided, supporting either Franklin or Spyro.

A few people took Spyro and urged him to confront the situation, while others attacked Franklin for the claim.
