A Nigerian man has issued a public warning after narrowly escaping an attempted robbery by a ‘one chance’ bus in Lagos.

Taking to social media, he shared the vehicle’s plate number and urged people to remain vigilant. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the artist recounted his terrifying ordeal, revealing that he was targeted by suspected criminals operating around Jabi in Berger, Lagos State.

His alert serves as a reminder for commuters to stay cautious and report suspicious activities to the authorities.

“I just escaped from ‘one chance’ guys. There’s a black Corolla with plate number WAM-178-SH, heading from Jabi towards Berger,” he wrote.

He went on to describe the individuals inside the vehicle, saying, “The driver is fair-skinned, with a man sitting in front and a woman with a child in the back.” 

Recounting the moment he sensed danger, he added, “You need to see how they kept calling me back into the car when I realized something was off—including the woman.”
