The Commencement of the 86 Regular Recruits Intake for women and non-trades persons has been announced by the Nigerian Army.
The announcement was made by the Army Headquarters on Monday through an article that appeared in Gistlover
In part, the announcement states, “The Nigerian Army wishes to inform the general public and all interested qualified candidates of the commencement of online registration for 86 Regular Recruits Intake for trades/non-tradesmen and women. “
The Army states that the application process begins with online registration, which started on September 25 and is scheduled to end on October 27, 2023.
Additionally, it stated that those chosen would take part in a state recruitment that would take place from November 6 through November 19, 2023.

1. Utilize the online application form at http://recruitment.army.mil.ng.
2. Utilizing the provided username and password, access the aforementioned link.
3. Fill out the application, submit it online, and print a copy. Print the Guarantor’s form, fill it out, and submit it.
4. Make sure to bring copies of the application and the guarantor’s form that have been properly signed to the designated state recruitment centers.
5. The Army Headquarters also stated that applicants had to be single and Nigerian citizens by birth, have a National Identity Card/NIN, be clear of any felony convictions, have earned at least four passes in no more than two sittings in WASCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB, and meet all other physical, mental, and medical requirements set by the Nigerian Army.
6. Additionally, non-tradesmen and women applicants must be at least 18 years old and tradesmen and women must be no older than 26 as of December 18, 2023. Applicants who identify as tradesmen or women must also have passed a trade test and have a certificate from the city guild.
7. The applicant must be at least 1 point 68 meters (for male candidates) and 1 point 65 meters (for female candidates) tall, have a valid birth certificate or age declaration that has been approved by the National Population Commission, a hospital, or a local government council, and have a legal state of origin.
8. All licensed nurses and midwives who are under 30 years old may apply.
