Veteran Nigerian Yoruba actress Adebukola Mosoba, known as Amina Eleha, stirred strong emotions online with her emotional story from a recent film set.

After being away from the screen for a while, she appeared on her colleague Biola Adebayo’s talk show.

In the interview she courageously shared her struggle with a serious illness and how actor Kunle Afod helped her during that tough time. Amina also talked about being invited by a younger colleague to join a project, only to experience a shocking betrayal from the director, whom she had once supported.

Amina Eleha explained that rather than showing her respect, the director cruelly labeled her as “past glory” in front of the cast and crew, a remark that struck her hard and lingered on set.

She recalled how the director belittled her and tried to erase her presence, creating a hostile atmosphere that made her cry.

Amina stated that the director even managed to persuade the producer to remove her from the project without offending him.

Amina spoke with a trembling voice as she recounted her experience. She recalled a colleague who stepped in to provide comfort.

This colleague understood her hurt and promised that God would help her regain her lost dignity, bringing hope in a difficult situation.
