Members of the Christ Apostolic Church in Oke Igan, Akure, Ondo State were released on Thursday night, just one week after they were kidnapped.
According to reports, the victims were freed after the ransom of N50 million was paid by their families.
The victims were abducted last Friday while traveling to Ifon along the Benin-Akure Expressway in the Elegbeka neighborhood of the state’s Ose Local Government Area.
They were released in the same Elegbeka neighborhood where they were taken last week, a family source claims.
