Controversial activist, Martins Vincent Otse, widely known as Verydarkman, has finally broken his silence regarding claims that ₦180 million was hacked from his NGO’s account.
Earlier, reports of the alleged incident caused an uproar on social media, with many users reacting strongly to the purported loss. However, in a recent statement, Verydarkman has clarified the situation, dismissing the claims as false.
According to him, the funds remain intact in his bank account. He expressed surprise at the volume of comments and reactions the issue had generated online, criticizing netizens for their lack of critical thinking and failure to verify information.
The activist chastised social media users for readily believing and spreading misinformation without asking questions or analyzing the facts. He urged people to be more discerning, pointing out inconsistencies in the narrative.
“Nobody sat down to analyze that the Verydarkman we know, if ₦180 million was missing from his account, he wouldn’t be going to Jos when the police headquarters is in Abuja,” he remarked, highlighting the lack of logical inquiry among his critics.
His statement has sparked further conversations online, with some supporters agreeing with his stance, while others remain skeptical about the entire situation.
