Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has once again addressed his detractors, sharing a thoughtful encounter with a pregnant woman who took a photograph with him at a medical facility.
In a recent Instagram update, Yul recounted an experience from Wednesday while he was on set at the hospital, where a pregnant admirer asked to take a picture with him.
The actor noted that onlookers cautioned the woman against posting the image online, suggesting it might lead to unwarranted controversy.
In reply, Yul urged the woman to share the photograph on social media and any other platform she desired, downplaying the potential for public criticism.
Sharing the post on Instagram, he wrote, “Yesterday, I was filming in a hospital, and a pregnant woman wanted to take a picture with me. The people there told her not to post the picture on social media that people would say this and that.
“I said to her, ‘Post it, post it on social media and any other media you like’, let them say. What will they say that has never been said before? Post it. In this life, if you’re scared of what people will say then you’re not ready to live life”.
