Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has generated significant attention online following his decision to sever ties with his only daughter, Danielle Edochie.

Since the actor’s marriage to his younger colleague, Judy Austin, his relationship with May Edochie has reportedly deteriorated, leading him to distance himself from his children.

GistLover observed that the actor has unfollowed Danielle, his eldest child and sole daughter, on Instagram and has stopped commenting on her posts on the platform.

In other news, A heated argument took place online involving Nigerian singer Niphkeys and music producer Niphkeys.

The singer accused Niphkeys of taking a beat and selling it to popular artist Odumodublvck. This claim was posted on the social media platform X, previously known as Twitter.

In his post, the singer said he shared a beat with Niphkeys in November of last year, wanting to get some feedback or collaborate.

A few months later, he learned that the same beat appeared in a song by Odumodublvck, which was reportedly bought from Niphkeys.

Upset by the situation, the singer made a public statement against the music producer. he wrote;

“Sent Niphkeys my bro’s song in November just to find out he remade the same beat for Odumodu. Why’s the music industry so cruel?”

In reply, Niphkeys promptly denied the allegations, insisting that he had never looked at the singer’s message.

He wrote;

“If not that you are stupid, you will see I didn’t even open your message when you sent the song. It’s still showing sent. Stupid fool!”

Even though Niphkeys denied it, the singer kept insisting, claiming he deleted multiple tweets to hide his actions.

The singer posted, “If you aren’t lying, you won’t have deleted over four tweets, Thiefkeys.”

To support his case, Niphkeys provided a screenshot that showed he bought the beat online.

The singer, however, ignored this and insisted that the producer had taken the beat from him.
