Actress Adesua Etomi bags doctorate degree from UK University

Nollywood actress Adesua Etomi-Wellington has been awarded an honorary degree from her alma mater, the University of Wolverhampton for her contribution to the creative industries.

The actress who graduated with a degree in Drama & Performance in 2009, was awarded a Doctor of Arts in recognition of her phenomenal contribution to arts and culture on Monday, September 5.

The ceremony was attended by her husband, singer, Banky W and their son, her mum, her friend and colleague Jemima Osunde, and others.

Temi Otedola who is singer, Mr Eazi’s betrothed has been off social media for a while and when she resumed back on Instagram she did, with a cryptic post.

The Nollywood actress said she acted out of character because of someone’s terrible attitude and that she’s sorry for that. Without mentioning names, Temi Otedola wrote:

“I’m sorry that your terrible behavior caused me to act out of character.”
