Actress Adaora Ukoh has cancelled her birthday photoshoot in honor of her colleagues, Junior Pope, Mr Ibu, Zulu Adigwe, Amaeachi Muonagor, and others.
The actress, who celebrated her birthday on Saturday, revealed that she had scheduled a shoot but was unable to complete it due to “too many industry loss.”
She did, however, express thankfulness to God for adding a new age.
She wrote: “Look who added a YEAR today.
It’s My Birthday Guys. Happy Birthday to ME! I’m embracing the day and celebrating my life, which is full of hope, joy and happiness.
“As I celebrate another year of life, I’m grateful for the unique path I’ve walked and excited for where it leads next.- like this wish for its focus on life as a unique journey, emphasizing both gratitude and anticipation for the future.
“PS.. Planned a shoot and many things I couldn’t (sic) carry thru. One too many industry loss All want today is to celebrate GRACE, appreciate God today for the gift of Life and how far he brought ME. Spread LOVE always. All we need in this life is LOVE.”
Mr Ibu died on March 2 after suffering an illness that led to the amputation of his leg.
Amaechi, known for his comic roles in films, died on March 24 after a long battle with kidney disease.
Junior Pope was confirmed dead on April 10 after drowning in a boat accident with other crew members on their way back from a filming location.
Zulu Adigwe died on Tuesday after suffering from an unknown illness.
