Actress Dakore Akande files legal action against the Instagram blog

Actress Dakore Akande has issued a cease and desist notice to the notorious Instagram blog “Gistloversblog” following a post linking her romantically with Senate President Godswill Akpabio.

According to the notice, Akande’s legal representatives claimed that the blog published “suggestive and libellous content” featuring Akande’s image, which could “tarnish our Client’s reputation.”

The article, which has now gone viral, links Akande to Akpabio, despite her being “happily married to Mr Akande for many years” and having “never met the said Senate President in person or otherwise.”

Akande’s lawyers are demanding that the offending tweet be removed immediately, as well as an end to “any further defamatory statements” about the actress.

Her legal representation stated that failure to comply within 24 hours may result in “aggressive legal actions,” such as seeking damages, injunctive relief, and legal expenses.

The notice cites Section 375 of the Criminal Code Act, implying that the post could be considered defamation.

In other news, Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, recently shared details about his child’s gender transition and decision to change her name.

Recall that Elon Musk’s estranged child was legally granted her name and gender change at age 18 at the Santa Monica courthouse in California on June 22, 2022.

During an interview with Dr. Jordan Peterson, Musk expressed his concerns about gender-affirming care procedures, referring to them as “child mutilation and sterilization.”

He also mentioned his 20-year-old child, Vivian Jenna Wilson, who underwent gender reassignment procedures.

“I was essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my older boys,” Musk told Peterson in a Daily Wire interview during which he referred to his child by their former name.

“This was really before I had any understanding of what was going on, and we had COVID going on, so there was a lot of confusion and I was told (Musk’s child) might commit suicide.”

The founder of SpaceX stated that the procedure is carried out on children “who are significantly below the age of consent” and expressed his support for Peterson’s view that individuals advocating for the practice should be incarcerated.

“I was tricked into doing this,” Musk said. “I lost my son, essentially. They call it ‘deadnaming’ for a reason. The reason they call it ‘deadnaming’ is because your son is dead.”

“I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that,” Musk said. “And we’re making some progress.”

“I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” Wilson wrote in the petition.
