Actress Damilola Adegbite shares unique way a man got her attention

Damilola Adegbite, a popular Nigerian actress, took to Instagram to explain how a man used an unusual way to capture her attention.

She described an instance in which a man purposefully hit her car in traffic to obtain her phone number.

After exchanging contact information, he sent her a bouquet with a note confessing that he had purposefully hit her car to meet her.

She wrote;

Some years ago, I was driving to work and got stuck in traffic when someone bumped into my car, so I had to come out to check how bad the damage was. A guy comes out of the car that hit me. Of course I was irritated, but I calmed down when I saw how good looking he was. lol. He apologized and offered to send someone over to pick my car up from wherever I was going, to fix the little dent. I declined saying I didn’t know who he was and so couldn’t trust him with my car. He then asked if he could send some workmen over to fix it while I was at work. We exchanged numbers and the guys came to sort out the car. After they were done, some other guy comes to me with a HUGE bouquet of flowers and a note. The note read “I’m sorry for hitting your car but it was the only way I could get your number”. I thought that was very slick Okay, you next!

In other news, Renowned singer Paul Okoye, known as Rudeboy from the now-defunct group Psquare, is currently trending on social media due to a video in which he addresses aspiring artists interested in joining his music label.

In the live video, Paul elaborated on the significant costs associated with promoting an artist and outlined the prerequisites that must be fulfilled by any emerging talent before he considers signing them to his label.

Rudeboy, who recently reiterated that Psquare has officially disbanded for the second time, emphasized that prospective signees are required to present a piece of real estate and obtain their parents’ signatures.

Furthermore, he made it clear that smoking will not be permitted within his organization, stating that any artist found smoking would incur a penalty of N10 million.

In Rudeboy’s words:

“Before I sign an artiste to my record label, the artiste must bring a landed property and his/her parent must sign. You cannot smoke any substance and I catch you smoking, it will be a minus N10m,”
