Actress Ireti Doyle celebrates daughter as she turns 19

Nollywood actress, Ireti Doyle has penned a sweet note to her daughter, Jemiyo as she turns 19 today, May 26th.

Taking to her Instagram page, the proud mother prayed for her daughter to keep shining.

Keeping her birthday message short and simple, she wrote,

It’s Ireti Doyle’s 56th birthday, and she can’t stay calm.

The actress bemoaned how comedian Ayo Makun brought her to location on her birthday when she posted a video of herself on a movie set to her Instagram account.

On the other hand, she was grateful for another 365 days of life. She reflected on how God had been good to her, doing everything well.

“Na my birthday oooo…. See where @aycomedian put me!! It is well…. Another 365 round the sun. He has been faithful and has done all things well!!!”.

Ireti Doyle confirms divorce from husband, Patrick Doyle

For the first time in a public interview, veteran Nollywood actress, Ireti Doyle, confirms her divorce from her husband, Patrick Doyle.

Ireti made this known in an interview with the media personality, Chude Jideonwo, where she stated, “we are officially divorced.”

Delving into her life’s journey, the actress corrected the false impression that she had her first child at 17, rather she stated that she was 19.

Speaking on how she suffered physical and domestic violence as a teen, Ireti Doyle affirmed that she had no business getting married at the time she did, not to talk of who she chose to get married to.

“THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THAT I HAD NO BUSINESS BEING MARRIED AT THAT TIME TALK LESS OF… LET’S NOT EVEN GO TO THE CHOICE OF WHO I GOT MARRIED TO,” SHE STATED.
