Renowned veteran Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has conveyed an inspiring message for the new week.
In a recent post on her Instagram account, she encouraged her followers to recognize their power in crafting the life they aspire to achieve.
She emphasized the importance of releasing past fears, doubts, and uncertainties, urging them to face the present with bravery, faith, and resilience.
In her prayer for the week, she expressed her hopes for her followers to encounter new opportunities, gain fresh insights, and possess steadfast strength.

In other news, Social media activist Vincent Otse Martins, known as Verydarkman, has criticized Nigerian police spokesperson Olumuyiwa Adejobi. This comes after the tragic news of a young man who died while in police custody, following his female neighbor’s request for his arrest and claims that she paid the officers to punish him.
The deceased brother posted on the X page that Abdulmujib was arrested at his home in Chevron by officers from the Ikota Police Post in Lagos. This happened after a disagreement with his female neighbor, Stasia Nora.
It has been reported that Abdulmujib suffered torture while in custody, resulting in his premature death. The police are said to have placed his body in a mortuary on Tuesday, February 11th, without informing his family.
In response to the tragic news, Verydarkman, recognized for his strong views on social justice, voiced his anger and frustration online. He condemned Olumuyiwa for not paying attention to the alarming reports.
He also reached out to CSP Ben Hundeyin about the situation in Lagos. He asked for justice for the deceased.
In his words, “Dear police PRO Olumuyiwa Adejobi, there is no way you can tell me you didn’t see this news how a boy that daid inside the police station but you can go around arresting people for making comments on twitter. What happened to the boy?”
