Rita Edochie, a veteran actor, recently shared her thoughts on a startling occurrence that involved a young Benue State boy.
The boy admitted to trying to poison his mother, an incident that has received a lot of attention on social media.
In a viral video, the boy was seen being interrogated about his motive to kill his mother.
He gave the explanation that his present mother had adopted him after his biological parents disowned him for trying to have a sexual relationship with his boss’s daughter.
The youngster admitted during questioning that he had been approached twice by a man carrying a poisonous substance that was supposed to be added to his mother’s tea.
The boy denied knowing the stranger’s name and claimed to have only met him twice, so he withheld his identity.
Faced with threats during the questioning, the boy pleaded for his life when asked to drink the poison he had prepared for his mother.
Rita Edochie then expressed her displeasure and condemned the boy’s actions in response to this unsettling post.
She voiced her deep displeasure of the boy’s actions, citing his previous conduct that resulted in his disownment in addition to the attempted poisoning.
She penned:
“HE HAS BEEN A BAD CHILD IMAGINE SLEEPING WITH A GIRL AT THIS AGE AND WAS SENT AWAY KIA I NO GO BETTER FOR DEVIL AND ALL HIM COHORT.”
