Wumi Toriola, a Nollywood actress, has celebrated after her film hit a new milestone.
She said that her film, Queen Lateefah, grossed 57.7 million in its opening weekend.
The remarkable feat resulted in the biggest Nollywood opening weekend for a non-holiday weekend, as well as the highest Nollywood opening weekend ever by an independent distributor.
Wumi thanked the public beyond words for their love and support.
