Alleged politician in Adamawa state has been dragged online after he allegedly awarded 1,000 Naira scholarship to his constituents.
Pictures of the politician presenting N1000 notes to some recipients said to be students of FCE, Yola, is currently making rounds on social media.
Although, it’s unclear if the paltry sum is for ‘scholarship’, reports shared online by Adamawa indigenes claim that it is.
This has generated mixed reactions online as netizens question how the meagre amount would subsidize the students’ education.
In recent news Nigerian Afrobeat Legend, Femi Kuti and his son, Made, have been nominated for the 64th Grammy awards scheduled to hold on January 31, 2022.
While Femi Kuti bagged a nomination in the Best Global Music Performance category for his song ”Pa Pa Pa”, he and his son, Made, bagged a nomination in the Best Global Music Album for their song ”Legacy”.

He was nominated in the Global Music Album which was formerly known as Best Global Music Album for his Made in Lagos deluxe album.
He is nominated alongside Rocky Dawuni, Daniel Ho & Friends, Angelique Kidjo, Femi Kuti & Made Kuti.
They will contest against fellow Nigerian, Burna Boy who won the Global Music Album in 2020.
