Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has been accused by the Adams Oshiomhole, former Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) of disrespecting the Oba of Benin.
During a talk-show on Arise TV, Adams noted these allegations saying Gov Obaseki showed no respect at the esteemed Benin palace as he wore a cap in the presence of other PDP governors when he visited the monarch last week.
Oshiomhole said;
“You call yourself a Bini man, yet you came to Bini palace wearing a cap in company of other PDP governors.”
