There have been widespread robbery attacks by hoodlums in Ogun, Lagos and Ibadan, with the people most times left alone to defend themselves.
The hoodlums who operated in many parts of Lagos yesterday were in large numbers and causing mayhem, leading to many residents defending themselves.
