Teni, a well-known Nigerian singer and songwriter, has made many people laugh in a new video by criticising African countries who are rooting for Nigeria’s defeat in the ongoing African Cup of Nations.
Yesterday, February 2nd, 2024, the Super Eagles made Nigeria proud again by defeating Angola in the AFCON Quarterfinals.
Thanks to Ademola Lookman’s 41-minute goal, Nigeria’s Super Eagles have advanced to the AFCON 2023 Semifinals in Ivory Coast.
Before the match, numerous African countries, particularly our sister country Ghana, had been eagerly waiting for Nigeria to lose while rooting for Angola.
Finally, yesterday was a dead end day for Ghana, as the Super Eagles totally outplayed Angola to win the match.
Following this, Ghana has become one of the trending topics on famous microblogging platform X, as they have begun to receive enormous dragging from Nigerians.
Teni, a Nigerian musician, joined the ranks of Nigerians mocking Ghanaians following the Super Eagles’ triumph over Angola by posting a video of herself laughing so hard. Teni’s sub also addresses the people of Cameroon, who are equally opposed to Nigeria.
Remember that the Super Eagles defeated Cameroon’s formidable Lions in the AFCON round of 16.
