Nigerian Afrobeat Legend, Femi Kuti and his son, Made, have been nominated for the 64th Grammy awards scheduled to hold on January 31, 2022.
While Femi Kuti bagged a nomination in the Best Global Music Performance category for his song ”Pa Pa Pa”, he and his son, Made, bagged a nomination in the Best Global Music Album for their song ”Legacy”.

Meanwhile For the second time, Wizkid is nominated in the Grammy Awards.
He was nominated in the Global Music Album which was formerly known as Best Global Music Album for his Made in Lagos deluxe album.
He is nominated alongside Rocky Dawuni, Daniel Ho & Friends, Angelique Kidjo, Femi Kuti & Made Kuti.
They will contest against fellow Nigerian, Burna Boy who won the Global Music Album in 2020.
