Davido and Teni recently thrilled fans when they teamed up on stage to unleash songs from their repertoire notably their collaborative effort, ‘For You’ in a concert staged in Las Vegas.
It was actually Davido who was billed to perform at the AfroNation Chops but pulled this surprise of having Teni with him so they could do justice to their song together.
In a video from the show which has gone viral, the singers had a rapturous reception from fans. Teni’s For You is off her debut album, Wonderland released in March 2021.

Davido put up another good performance at the Global Citizens Festival along with some other artistes on the continent a few days ago.
Global Citizen Live reportedly took place on September 25 and it’s designed to unite African artistes with diverse specialties and styles from different countries as they assemble on one stage.
It was streamed live for 24 hours around the world on Apple Music, Apple TV App, YouTube and Twitter as well as partner television and radio stations across different regions.
The event featured several artistes, activists, corporate leaders, and world leaders to mark a global recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
A statement by Global Citizen Canada before the event read: “Afrobeats icon Davido embodies exactly what it means to be a Global Citizen. WE can’t wait for him to join us in Lagos as Part of #GlobalCitizenLive – a 24-hour music festival on Sept. 25!”
The international advocacy organization said TV personalities Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and Nancy Isime will host the Global Citizen Live event in Lagos, Nigeria.
