After six years of waiting Toke Makinwa’s sister announces her pregnancy

After six years of waiting, Toke Makinwa, a media celebrity and actress, has been struck speechless by her younger sister Busayo’s pregnancy announcement.

Toke expressed her wonder of God and her eagerness to share her sister’s prenatal images on her Instagram story.

She remarked on the ways in which God had remembered her sister, had split the red sea, and had torn down the walls of Jericho.

“This testimony has me in awe of God. I can’t wait to share it. The lord has remembered me. The lord has parted the red sea. The Lord has broken the walls of Jericho”.

Toke Makinwa’s sister got married to a white man in 2019 at a lavish wedding ceremony in Norway.

Toke Makinwa, popular media personality, has requested God to ease up on the testing because she has seen’shege,’ which may be loosely translated as disappointment.

She made the request after reposting a scene from the film Evan Almighty in which Morgan Freeman, who played God, encourages a woman and offers her advice on life and prayer. 

“Let me ask you something. If someone prays for patience, do you think God gives them patience? Or does he give them the opportunity to be patient? If they pray for courage, does God give them courage, or does he give them opportunities to be courageous?” Freeman said in the clip.

Commenting on the clip, Toke wrote: “Hey God pls easy on the tests. Some of us don see shege. Pls just give as we ask Lord.”
