The actor disclosed that he had undergone a surgical operation but could not heal because of his diabetics.
Veteran actor, Prince Emeka Ani who has been ill since December 2020 took to social media to seek financial assistance.
Fellow actor Yul Edochie on Monday shared a video of the veteran soliciting financial support on Instagram.
“Pls my people let us help him as much as we can. He needs our assistance. Account number: 2001949292. Account name: Ani Emmanuel Chukwuemeka.Bank: Zenith Bank,” he wrote.
In the video, Prince Emeka who revealed that he is diabetic said that he has been sick since December 2020. He also said that he had undergone a surgical operation but could not heal because of the diabetics. Emeka also added that he suffered a partial stroke afterward.
“My name is Prince Emeka Ani, I am a Nollywood veteran actor. I have been sick since December 7, 2020. I was taken to the hospital for medication and surgery took place around my buttocks but because of the nature of the diabetes, the sore has refused to heal. I have been battling with my life ever since.
“Along the line, I had partial stroke and I’m having pains in my eyes. If proper care is not taken, it might lead to blindness. I want to plead with you fans well-wishers I need your financial assistance so that I can be taken to a better hospital for treatment, if possible flown abroad, thank you all God will bless you as you help me live again,” he said in parts.
The veteran first pleaded for financial support in February 2020 after undergoing surgery.
