Nigerian content creator Alma Asinobi has made history by becoming the first Nigerian to visitall seven continents, completing the incredible journey in just 71 hours.
Her adventure kicked off on March 15, 2025, in Antarctica, and concluded in Sydney,Australia, on March 23, 2025. Alma undertook this ambitious mission to challenge the Guinness World Record for the fastest trip across all continents, a title currently held by Johnny Cruz Buckingham, who achieved it in 64 hours.
Though she faced setbacks including visa hurdles and flight delays—obstacles often encountered by Nigerian passport holders—Alma pressed on. In doing so, she proudly carried the Nigerian flag to each continent, making it not only the first but also the fastest-traveledNigerian flag around the world.
To celebrate her achievement and create something meaningful from the journey, Alma invited people across the globe to sign the Nigerian flag she traveled with. Her aim is to earn another Guinness title: the most-signed piece of travel memorabilia.
