Angela Okorie Raises Alarm Over Junior Pope’s Funeral

Angela Okorie, the outspoken and provocative Nollywood actress, sparked outrage with her recent social media rant about  her colleague Zubby Michael and the late Junior Pope.

Junior Pope and four other actors drowned after their boat overturned in the Anam River in Anambra State on April 10 while returning from a film shoot.

Only seven of the 12 people who boarded the ill-fated boat survived, and five perished, including Junior Pope.

Following the announcement of the late actor’s funeral arrangements by his brother, a wave of reactions surged in response to the obituary poster.

Angela Okorie, enraged by Zubby’s tribute to Junior Pope, turned to social media to share supernatural insight about specific guests who supposedly planned to attend the burial.

According to her, some people planning to attend Junior Pop’s funeral had diabolical plans to take soil from his grave in an attempt to lock up his spirit.

She urged prudence, emphasising the need of family members remaining attentive, and suggested that the grave be sealed immediately during the burial ceremony.

The movie celebrity warned against allowing anybody other than immediate relatives to visit the graveside.

Her words;

“The lord revealed that some people going to Junior pop’s burial are planing to pack sands from his grave to chain his spirit.

“Y’all should put your eyes on the ground, his grave should be sealed immediately no1 apart from his family members should go close to his grave,they want to chain his spirit Ndi ala..Rest in power Bro

“it’s so painful to know you are gone forever but you are in our hearts forever,we will never forget all your good deeds

“While you are alive,The world will miss you, I miss you, nollywood is miss you , bro is still like a dream to me so na JP we Dey go put for ground ah I Dey Vex.”
