In a post shared on social media, Joy Chinwenmeri revealed that she has only laundered her husband’s clothes twice throughout their marriage.
She explained that her husband prefers to avoid burdening her with chores, opting instead to send their laundry to a professional service, thereby allowing her to concentrate on her business endeavors.
In contrast, she described her former fiancé as someone who would leave her to handle a large volume of laundry and bedding while he relaxed and watched television.
Additionally, she noted that her ex-fiancé adhered to traditional gender roles, often citing that his mother managed all household responsibilities despite having eight children, which he believed justified his lack of contribution.
