popular APC chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, continues to complain about the present high power tariffs.
Joe Igbokwe, an APC leader, has continued to bemoan the country’s high energy rate.
Over the weekend, Mr Igbokwe addressed an open letter to President Tinubu, protesting the exorbitant energy rates. He cautioned that if the matter is not addressed, it would result in the “death” of numerous firms.
In recent posts on his Facebook page, Igbokwe, a fervent APC supporter, cautioned that if energy providers continue to charge exorbitant bills, Nigerians would be compelled to bypass them. He further added that owing to the high tariff, members of his family had decided to switch off all electrical equipment, with some utilizing solar to power their houses.
