Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, the General Overseer of Omega Power Ministry (OPM), has taken a decisive stand against the kidnappers responsible for the abduction of the principal of the church’s free school in Jos.
In a statement shared on the church’s Facebook page, Pastor Chinyere denounced the kidnappers’ demand for a ransom of N50 million.
He firmly stated that he would not allocate church funds, including tithes and offerings, for the purpose of paying any ransom.
Instead, Pastor Chinyere called upon the kidnappers to release the principal, lay down their weapons, and pursue a path of repentance and rehabilitation.
He extended an offer of free rehabilitation, skill training, prayer, and guidance, urging the kidnappers to embrace this opportunity and highlighting God’s love and readiness to grant them a second chance.
“Just recieved news that the principal of OPM free school JOS.,A free school that is helping northern children to go to school FREE OF CHARGE has been kidnapped and they are asking for 50 million.
“I know they are reading this my messages,I NO GO GIVE SHISHI.,You better release him so you don’t face the ANGER OF GOD because l can never ever use tithes and offerings which is GOD’s money to pay ransom to kidnappers. NEVER.“You can release him today, come to OPM CHURCH, surrender your guns and be rehabilitated FREE OF CHARGE. And | will pray for you. GOD IS GOOD..And learn different skills FREE OF CHARGE.
