Aremu Afolayan thanks supporters after mother’s funeral

    Actor Aremu Afolayan has conveyed his sincere appreciation to friends, family, and supporters who provided comfort following the passing of his mother, Omoladun Afolayan.

    In a post shared on his Instagram account on Monday, Aremu included a photograph of himself along with a heartfelt message thanking those who reached out through calls, visits, and prayers during this challenging period.

    The actor expressed, “Good morning my dear friends. This is my face of gratitude for all your calls, visits and support plus prayers on my mother’s death.

    “A oni fi iru e san fun rawa o! I wish I could reply each and everyone individually but that’s practically impossible. Please accept this collective one. I love you, thank you.”

    He also added in the caption, “God bless you all I appreciate.❤️🙏”

    Aremu’s mother, Omoladun Afolayan, passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 81 and was laid to rest on Saturday.

    The award ceremony attracted a glamorous audience, and May’s victory generated waves of enthusiasm throughout the venue.

    In a touching moment, May’s daughter, Danielle, along with her close associate, Commissioner Dj Wysei, accepted the award on her behalf.

    Danielle, a previous recipient of the same accolade, confidently made her way to the stage, accompanied by Dj Wysei. The occasion was met with resounding applause and cheers from the audience, as fans took to social media to express their congratulations to May Edochie for her well-earned recognition.
