Big Brother Naija ex-housemate Tobi Bakre has penned a farewell note to his fallen colleague, Rico Swavey.

This is coming as Rico Swavey’s body is prepared to be laid to rest today at a private cemetery in Lagos State.

“Today you will be laid to rest. My amigo! You will never ever be forgotten. I no know sey na like this I go take release these photos. Love em die. Caught you in different elements. Priceless. The many sides of Rico. Na the name be that. Rest easy alaye mi,” he wrote.

Recall that last night, Wednesday, October 19, activities in preparation for the burial of BBNaija star Rico Swavey kicked off on days after his shocking demise.

The reality star succumbed to injuries from an auto crash on Thursday, October 13, 2022.

Friends and colleagues of the actor gathered, amid tears, for an evening of tribute.

The heavily attended event had in attendance a majority of BBNaija stars including co-housemates and housemates from previous seasons.

Videos currently making the rounds showed attendees including Bam Bam, Alex, Dorathy Bachor, Alex Unusual, Ebuka battling with tears as tributes of the star aired.
