Baba Ijesha: Stop Defending a Pedophile – Iyabo Ojo Warns

Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has reacted to the reports of her colleague, Baba Ijesha molesting a 14-year-old girl

In a video that she published on the social media platform, Instagram; Iyabo Ojo revealed that she is disappointed in, Olanrewaju James known as Baba Ijesha who has been s3xually assaulting the young lady since she was 7.

She revealed that she is broken and would not condone such a cruel act from anyone, even if the rapist personally is a member of her family. Saddened by the reports, Iyabo Ojo said the society should not normalize nefarious acts from s3xual predators; instead, they should condemn whoever is nabbed

In her video, the actress addressed her colleagues who have been showing solidarity with the embattled actor, Baba Ijesha. The mother of two preferred to differ in her stance; she reprimanded her colleagues and told them not to turn a blind eye towards devastating events.

The actress who stressed that there’s no excuse for rape told those defending the actor; by claiming he was framed to get him a lawyer if they think he is innocent.

Iyabo also stated that it is such an attitude that makes people refuse to go public with abuses they were subjected to by influential people. She also warned those circulating videos of the actor being caught in the act to desist from such as a minor is involved.
