Nigerian artist and music executive Bankole Wellington, widely recognized as Banky W, has recently utilized social media to express his challenges associated with parenting a newborn.
The father of two shared his experiences with his followers on his official Instagram account, disclosing that he averages merely 1 hour and 46 minutes of sleep each day.
“Evidence of newborn parenting. Lord Jesus, take the wheel,” Banky W wrote in the caption accompanying his post.
It is worth noting that three months prior, Banky W announced the birth of his second child with his spouse, Adesuwa Etomi.
In a heartfelt video shared on his social media, Banky W demonstrated his support for his wife as they embarked on this new journey with the arrival of their baby boy.
In a post dated October 30, the prominent music figure underscored the notion that marriage should be viewed as a 100-100 partnership rather than a 50-50 arrangement.
In other news, Nigerian artist Tiwa Savage has returned to Nigeria, where she was greeted by a large crowd at the airport.
The music sensation, who received a house adorned with roses on Valentine’s Day several months ago, had been away from her homeland for an extended period.
Upon her arrival, a throng of supporters awaited her at the airport, accompanied by the sounds of trumpets and drums. They extolled the praises of the “Somebody’s Son” singer as she made her way to her vehicle, with the music resonating beautifully around her.
In a generous gesture, the artist, whose former husband recently experienced the loss of his mother, distributed N1 million to those who had come to welcome her. Following her departure, a young man was observed displaying the cash that Savage had shared with the crowd at the airport.
