Evicted BBNaija Season 7 housemate, Groovy, has opened up on his romantic affair with fellow housemate, Phyna.
In his post-eviction interview, Groovy spoke about the type of relationship he had with Phyna.
He said –
I just feel like from the moment we moved down to level one downstairs, it was just like a new vibe and energy.
If we had remained upstairs, I don’t think I would have been able to dive into that.
Obviously, she had already joked about the fact that she liked me but it was simply a thing of new space as I was just getting to know everybody.
Following his eviction, Phyna could be seen calling on Jesus over shock that their romance will be cut short rather briefly.
She’s later seen sobbing as other housemates try to console her.
Meanhile Phyna also revealed to Bella that Chichi had always been making moves on Groovy.
In a chat with her fellow occupant, Phyna disclosed to Bella that her closest friend in the house, Chichi, had always been trying to get Groovy’s attention.
According to Phyna, Chi Chi had always had Groovy under her radar; she cited a moment when she and her interest were sleeping and Chi Chi came to wake him up.
Citing another instance, Phyna shared how ChiChi had selectively called the housemates to the lounge, including Groovy, but hadn’t called her (Phyna).
